1)        GPRS wireless water meter

Add GPRS module to water meter, by using cell phone network to achieve point to point data transfer, there are two ways of charges:

GPRS real time

This option is for strict real time required place, such as anti-break or anti-fraud real time warring, flow rate real time measure, pressure real time measure, reach or surplus certain setting index for remaining and so on, usually for big size water meters.

Due to strict on real time, if it needs to receive real time orders, then the supply power should be very high, it’s better to choose city power supply.

GSM text message

This option is for residential, the transmitter is only launching by time or amount to read the meters and report data as text message to the supervision office.

This technology and water meters are all using direct reading technical, the system is usually on sleeping state, only enable the system by certain time, amount or frequency and some other ways to complete read and report data in a very short moment, in order to save the battery energy.

LWS wireless remote-read water meter is using replaceable battery for user to self-replace battery technology and water meter remote call.

1)      Water meter index

The base water meter shouldn’t be attacked by external magnetic file attempt, no requirement on water quality, clear read, the parts contact with water should obey to standard SNF61 or equal to.

The shall, glass, lid can endure at least 30kg of static pressure without leakage or bursting, so in particular circumstances encountered frozen, it won’t cause burst, or leakage and glass broken due to the pipeline pressure change.

Length is 165mm, DN20, therefore can simply replace with DN15 or DN20 water meters, the connection can be changed or increase the length without re-building pipeline.

The water meter can add the anti-demolition button, after place anti-demolition button on the water meter nut, user can’t strip the water meter without breaking the anti-demolition button; it can efficiently avoid user to install water meter with opposite direction.

If it’s necessary, the user can install one-way valve to prevent external switch to place the water meter opposite direction.

The water meter can prevent any external manually attempting, the high voltage, strange magnetic file or other external force can’t impact on the water meter unless the water meter is broken. And once the read meter system is attempting, the remote monitor will warn.
